The Managing Director of AGUMEX GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED certified that this quality manual describes the quality policy and the quality system of AGUMEX GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED.

The Managing Director orders that the guidelines established in this manual be fully complied with, by all departments of the company and that such compliance be demonstrated, as required by the contract documents, for every project and every supply of product and services.

The Managing Director herewith approves the quality manual and shall oversee the full implementation of the AGUMEX GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED quality system.
